Camile Nielson
I became a therapist because I know that we are all fundamentally worthy, good, and lovable. As a human, woman, daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother, I've experienced many of the complexities and joys of the human condition.
In my work as a therapist, I've deepened my understanding of life's challenges, and I use those experiences and my professional training to partner with my clients to enhance their lived experiences, find more peace, and build resilience. Using modalities such as CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Mind Body Bridging, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, I create meaningful, trusting therapeutic relationships with my clients. The therapeutic space is a sacred one, and I'm continually in awe of the resilience, courage, hope, and love I see in my clients.

I am currently accepting new clients. We all deserve to feel happiness and joy, but things can get in the way; maybe you're experiencing a relationship difficulty, anxiety, depression, or trauma. Whatever the challenge, that's where therapy comes in.

I work to develop a relationship of trust with my clients so they feel safe to share and explore the deepest parts of themselves. Additionally, as a trauma-informed therapist who is trained in the treatment of trauma, I can help you move past experiences that have left you feeling overwhelmed or at a dead end.

Let's work through this together.
